All meditation gatherings are virtual and held via Zoom. Our practice begins 15 minutes after the start time specified. All times are in the Eastern Time Zone (North America)

Lam Rim Study Group continues in 2024

 

Dan Cox leads a Lam Rim study and meditation session on the fourth Monday of each month.

Attendance: In person 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. - masking optional

Location: Thunder Bay Public Library - Waverley Branch Auditorium - 285 Red River Road

Lam Rim translates as "the stages of the path to enlightenment". These sessions provide an opportunity to study the philosophical foundations of Tibetan Buddhism.
